How GM Bros Garage handles the details you send through this website.

What we collect
The contact form and website assistant collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number and/or email address, request, and any optional photos. There is no account to create. We also record upload and submission counts to limit abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry — nothing else. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who can see it
Submitted requests are stored by Westbound Atlas and delivered through the website’s configured inquiry channels. If the business has not connected inquiry delivery, requests from its preview go to Westbound Atlas. Hosting and delivery providers process the details needed to provide this service. We do not sell your information.
The website assistant
Your draft stays in this page’s memory while you fill out the request. Continuing to contact details does not send your description or photos. On Send request, your original description, contact details, and successfully uploaded photos are saved as an inquiry. Photo uploads begin only when you send the request. This form does not send your description, contact details, or photos to an AI provider, and we do not save a separate chat transcript.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising service. It does keep a plain count of use: when a page is opened, which page, the time, the browser identification string your device sends with every web request, and, if you tap the phone number, directions, email or text button, which kind of button it was. That record holds no IP address and no identifier, so it cannot tell who you are; it shows GM Bros Garage how the website is doing. The page also carries Cloudflare Web Analytics, the traffic counter of the company that hosts it: no cookie, nothing kept on your device, no fingerprinting from your IP address or browser details, and for each page view the page address, the page you came from, the time, your country, your device type, browser and operating system, and how quickly the page loaded. The map on the contact section is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads — that is Google’s embed, governed by Google’s privacy policy, and it happens whether or not you interact with it. If a page breaks while you are on it, an error report goes to Sentry, the error-reporting service used to fix it; that report can include your IP address and the address of the page, and is kept for ninety days. Your IP address is not stored with your request. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no cross-site tracking here for them to switch off.
Photos you attach
Photos are optional — the form works without them. They are stored so GM Bros Garage can look at them when quoting, and the link to each one is long and random rather than guessable, but it is not password-protected: anyone given the link could open it. Please don’t attach anything you would mind being seen that way, and ask us to delete a photo at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and any attached photos are kept as a record of the request so it cannot be lost. Ask us to delete yours and we will, without needing a reason.
